Market Supply and Availability of Residential Flats in Pune

Residential flats in Pune market have a high sellout at 79%. This from a developer’s perspective indicates an extremely healthy cash flow position with virtually no distress. On the whole, the data indicates that there is no scope for any reduction in prices.
